Content curation

New media means of mass communication using digital technologies such as the Internet.

In 2011‒12, PRSA led an international effort to modernize the definition of public relations. PRSA initiated a crowdsourcing campaign and public vote that produced the following definition:

“Public relations is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their publics.”

What are key points in this definition?

Simple and straightforward, this definition focuses on the basic concept of public relations — as a communication process, one that is strategic in nature and emphasizing “mutually beneficial relationships.”“Process” is preferable to “management function,” which can evoke ideas of control and top-down, one-way communications.“Relationships” relates to public relations’ role in helping to bring together organizations and individuals with their key stakeholders.“Publics” is preferable to “stakeholders,” as the former relates to the very “public” nature of public relations, whereas “stakeholders” has connotations of publicly-traded companies.

Content curation can be stated as to sort through a large amount of web content to find the best one. The content are the most meaningful bits and present these information in an organized, valuable way.

Content curation also can be defined as bringing meaningful organization to some subset of all of the content in the world. For pratical purposes, it is the way that we share relevant information with our audiences through social media and owned media. It is also an inexpected way to augment the original content that you are producing. If done wrongs it does the opposite.

To be exact, there are a few keywords in content curation which is :

1) Content : The most important information.

2) Curation : To care, to select and to look after.

3) Content Curator : Someone who continually     finds, groups, organizes and shares the best and most relevant content on specific issues online.

TOP 10 EXAM TIPS !

hello. i am back. final exam is around the corner. so study study study ! here some tips for you. hope it a help you guys. :)

1. Find out about the exam

Top 10 Exam tipsKnow your enemy - find out as much as you can about the exam.
  • How much is the exam worth to your overall mark in the subject?
  • What type of exam is it? Is it a multiple choice, essay, open-book or take-home exam?
  • Will there be a choice of questions or tasks?
  • How much will each question or task be worth?

2. Ask for help

Don’t feel bad if you need to ask for help. Talk to your teacher or lecturer and pick the brains of other students. If you’re feeling really stressed you might also find it helpful to speak to a counsellor.

3. Sort out your subject material

Check that you have all the relevant handouts and get all your notes together from the subject. Read through the course outline or subject guide (if there is one) and use it to organise the information you’ve collected.
It might help to write your own summaries of each textbook chapter or section of the subject guide. This will make it easier to find what you need while you’re studying.

4. Check past exam papers

Get your hands on any old exam papers from the subject and familiarise yourself with the structure and format. Your teacher or lecturer should be able to let you know where you can get your hands on some. Your school or university library might have past exams on file, too.
Practise answering the questions within the specified time limits and check your answers against your notes to make sure you’ve got them right.

5. Know where to go

Check your exam timetable for details on when and where you’ll be sitting the exam. Make sure you have everything you’ll need to take with you (e.g. calculator, pencil, ruler, etc).
Try to do some study at the times your exams will be on. If you have an early morning exam it’s a good idea to practise getting up and doing some study earlier in the day.

6. Don’t cram

Stick to what you already know when studying the night before an exam. You’ll only make yourself nervous if you try to learn new information. Review your notes or test yourself on key points.

7. Keep your cool

Don’t talk to other students about the exam before the exam. It could confuse you or make you lose confidence in yourself.
The same goes for after the exam. Don’t hang around talking about what was on it or you’ll start to doubt yourself and stress out if you think you made a mistake.

8. Use your reading time

The way you use your reading time could make or break you in the exam. Use it to plan your writing time and start thinking about some answers.
Read the instructions very carefully then scan the whole exam paper. Be sure to check how many pages there are and how much each question is worth.
Plan how much time to spend on each answer and the order in which you’ll answer them. Start with the questions you’re most confident with.

9. Break the questions down

A great tip for any exam is to break the questions down to make sure you really understand what you’re being asked. If you don’t answer the question properly you won’t get full marks for it.
Look for the key parts in the question and these will give you clues on how to answer it. For example, for the question, "Explain the difference between study and revision", you can split this question into four parts:
  1. Explain - give reasons to show how or why something is the way it is
  2. The difference - what are the distinguishing factors between study and revision?
  3. Study - what is study?
  4. Revision- what is revision?

10. Review your performance

While there’s no use stressing out over an exam you’ve already done, it does help to look at what you can improve on. If you didn’t do as well on an exam as you would’ve liked, ask your teacher if you can go through it with them and find out what you did wrong.

Come up with your own strategies

Remember - these tips are only some of the things that you can do to get the most out of your exams. There might be other things that work even better for you.

Ask around - find out what your friends do for their exams - maybe some of their tricks will work for you too! Maybe your teachers have some good recommendations too.

Whatever it is, whatever strategy when you find something that works for you, put it into practise and good luck!
okay :) break a leg ! remember. study smart.

man jadda wa jadda.. Allahumma yassir wala tu'assir. :)

hello 90s kids

Yes i am 90s kids and i proud of it. I really enjoy me childhood. It was so much fun. I wish i can go back to that time. 90s kids are more lifely than now. Well there are so much games by that time. One of my favourite is slippering throwing. So today i am gonna tell you about this game. This game is very popular in that time.
Everyone can play this game. It doesnt concern about how many players. There more people play the more fun the game is.
This game required 2 groups. One group will run and one group will throw the slipper.
The game required at least 2 pairs of slipper. 3 slipper will use for the build of triangle and one for throw to the opposite group.
This game can play anywhere as long had enough space to run.
The group who play first will trow the slipper to the triangle of slipper until it fall down. Each person in the group has 3 chance to throw the slipper. Then when the triangle has fall, the group will run and the opposite group will chase and throw the slipper to opponent.
They must throw the slipper until it hit the opponent. When you been hit, you are out
But, the group must build back the triangle to win. But of course you must be careful not to hit by the slipper. You can build it as long you still alive in the game. The opponent group will make sure you will never to that. If you manage it you must step 3 times over the triangle. Then you had complete the game and WIN !

Oh i love this game. The best part is when you been hit by the slipper. Haha.
Okay got to go. Sayonara..

make up tutorial

Hello my friends. Today im gonna tell you about how to apply a perfect make up. Every girls love to make up. Just admit it. Well. Make up will make your face more life and shine. Of course if we apply it correctly. Here some tips im gonna share with you.
We will start with the foundation first.
First. Aplly the right tone colour foundatin on your face. You can do it like in the picture. This will make your face more slim.
Next, we go to the eyes.
Tone your eyes with some dark colour of your eye shadow. You can do like in the picture above. This will make your eye more fresh and bigger. Apply some eyeline too to make it perfect.

Next. We can try to shape your eyebrow. Remember ! Do not shave it ! Haram in Islam for muslims.
Okay. You can maybe start with brushing it first. Then, you can apply some light eye shadow to make it perfect. After that, you use the eyebrow brush to make it thick and perfect!

Ok lastly, we can apply a lipstick on the lip. I preferred the light colour like pink. Looks cute to me.

First, you can maybe line up your lip using the lip pencil. Than, you can apply some white shadow eye brow on and bottom of your lip. It is to make it more, perfect. After that you can put the lipstick on your lip.

Next, perfect! Now you can go out and hanging out with your friends.

*note : remember, chill girls. That is your face. Not a colouring book!
 Hope you learn some.
Okay then. Try it!
Bye bye
